At the end of 2005, the Deurganck Terminal was opened.
Since its start, we have continued to further expand the terminal, both in terms of surface area and the handling equipment.

Since end 2008 the terminal has a surface area of 102 ha. The terminal is equipped with 13 container cranes and 77 straddle carriers and has a capacity of 2.6 M TEU.

When it is ultimately completed, the terminal will reach a quay length of 2,750 m and will cover a surface area of 200ha. There will be 27 container cranes, up to 22 containers wide. The total capacity of the terminal will then attain 5.7 M TEU.
