NAVILAND CARGO, CAPTRAIN (SNCF Fret) BENELUX and PSA HNN join forces

Naviland Cargo, Captrain (SNCF Fret) Benelux and PSA HNN have joined forces to significantly enhance the hinterland rail connectivity via the Port of Antwerp.

As from December 15, 2009 the partners have started their collaboration with 4 connections per week to/from Lyon, Marseille, Fos and Barcelona directly to/from PSA HNN’s Noordzee Terminal. Due to the immediate success of this product the partners are considering to introduce a 5th connection in the near future.

PSA HNN’s Noordzee Terminal performs as a tri-modal terminal.

The partners aim to develop in 2010 additional rail connections to other destinations in France and other European countries as part of their strategy to meet the demands of shipping lines and cargo owners for quality, competitive and sustainable transportation services.
